Refund policy

  1. General Conditions:
  • This Return Policy applies to all products sold by MK1 Motorsport, either through our website, authorized dealers, or any other sales channels.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that are found to be defective or received in a damaged condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • All eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  • To initiate a return, contact inquiries@mk1motorsport.com with your order number, the product details, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  1. Refunds and Replacements:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if the item is found to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults, we will:
    a. Replace the item at no additional cost OR
    b. Refund the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or special order parts, clearance items, and products sold as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults. In such cases, MK1 Motorsport will bear the return shipping cost.
  • MK1 Motorsport is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned items during transit. It is advised to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
  1. Restocking Fee:
  • For any returns that are not due to manufacturing defects or damages, a restocking fee of 30% may apply.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of MK1 Motorsport on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing from MK1 Motorsport LLC, you agree to this return policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, so we encourage you to review our policy periodically.
