MK1 Motorsport A70 Supra 4/6/8/10 AN Fuel Line Bracket Kit
This is a 3D-printed fuel line bracket kit designed specifically for the MK3 Supra.
The kit includes five fuel line brackets. One of the lines is designed to be mounted at a 45-degree angle. Each bracket features dedicated slots for the fuel feed line, fuel return line, rear brake line, and fuel vapor line.
Specifications
These brackets are designed specifically for PTFE fuel lines. Please note that standard rubber or nylon fuel lines typically have a larger outer diameter and may not fit within the provided slots.
The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, including hardware for both the upper bracket slots and mounting points on the frame rail.
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is chosen for fuel rail bracket material because it performs well in the demanding environment of an engine bay. It has good heat resistance, allowing it to maintain its shape and strength at elevated temperatures, and it is also resistant to fuels, oils, and other automotive chemicals that could degrade weaker plastics. Additionally, ASA offers strong mechanical properties, and when printed with high infill, it becomes even more rigid and durable, ensuring the bracket can securely support the fuel rail without deforming or failing over time.
All fuel rail brackets are printed in 100% infill ASA filament.
