Opening Size Options

Split vs. Standard Grommet

Standard (Non-Split) Grommet

Choose this option if you are building a new engine harness or have not yet installed your wiring. The one-piece design provides the strongest seal and is ideal for new installations.

Split Grommet

If your engine harness is already installed and you do not want to remove the harness or depin the connectors, the split grommet is the ideal solution. The split design allows the grommet to be wrapped around the existing harness and installed without disassembling the wiring. Once installed, the split can be bonded together with an appropriate adhesive to restore a secure, sealed fit.
