We're proud to introduce our High-Beam Intake Air Ram with Integrated LED Projector for the 2nd Generation Lexus GS300, GS400, GS430, and Toyota Aristo platform.

Heat is one of the biggest enemies of horsepower. When your turbocharger draws hot air from the engine bay, performance suffers due to increased intake temperatures and heat soak. Our headlight intake air ram is designed to provide a direct source of cooler outside air, helping improve airflow efficiency and supporting maximum performance potential.

This upgraded design features a functional intake ram integrated into the factory high-beam location, along with a centrally mounted LED projector pod to maintain lighting functionality while enhancing the appearance of your vehicle.

Installation Guide

1. Use a heat gun or place the headlight assembly in an oven to soften the factory sealant.
2. Remove the headlight lens from the housing.
3. Remove the internal light bezel.
4. Remove the factory high-beam reflector assembly.
5. Using the supplied template, cut the opening in the headlight lens. An ultrasonic cutter is recommended for best results. Exercise caution when using alternative cutting tools.
6. Mask off the mounting area to protect surrounding surfaces.
7. Apply adhesive to the mounting surface and position the air ram. Secure with a clamp until the adhesive has fully cured.
8. Reinstall and reseal the headlight lens.
9. Connect the wiring harness to the factory headlight connector.
10. Adjust the LED projector pod as needed using the built-in aiming adjustments: Left / Right, Up / Down.

Wiring Harness Information

The integrated LED projector pod features a dual-color switchback design, allowing users to customize how the white and yellow LEDs operate.

• Red Wire: White LED power
• Yellow Wire: Yellow LED power
• Black Wire: Ground

Default Wiring Configuration (option 1)

Our preferred wiring setup utilizes the factory high-beam circuit to activate the white LED. The yellow LED is connected to the fog light circuit.

In this configuration:

• Yellow LED operates when the fog lights are on.
• When the high beams are activated, the fog lights automatically turn off.
• The white LED activates through the factory high-beam circuit.

This setup provides a clean switchback effect while maintaining factory-style functionality.

Please note that this configuration requires minor electrical work to splice the yellow LED power wire into the vehicle's fog light circuit.

If you choose not to use the yellow LED function, no additional wiring beyond the standard installation is required.

Alternative Wiring Option ( option 2)

For customers who prefer a custom setup, we can supply the product with an unmodified wiring harness. This allows you to wire the white and yellow LEDs according to your preferred configuration.
