We’re excited to offer the 2nd-generation GS and Aristo community a headlight high-beam intake air ram with multiple customization options.
Heat is the enemy of horsepower. Allowing your turbo to draw in hot engine bay air results in a significant loss of power. To solve this issue, we highly recommend this upgrade for GS/Aristo owners looking to maximize performance. By retrofitting a stylish headlight intake air ram, you can reduce heat soak and improve overall airflow efficiency.
This product includes options for different headlight intake opening sizes. In addition to the standard design, an optional LED light pod for the high beam features a unique opening configuration.

Intake opening: approximately 2.5 inches
Outlet tube extension: approximately 2 inches

Installation Guide:
Use a heat gun or place the headlight in an oven to soften the sealant.
Remove the headlight lens from the housing, then remove the light bezel.
Remove the internal high-beam reflector housing.
Cut the headlight lens opening using a taped template. (Ultrasonic cutters are recommended. Use caution with other tools.)
Mask the area where the air ram will be mounted.
Apply adhesive to the mounting surface and position the air ram. Use a clamp to hold it in place until fully cured.
Reseal the headlight lens back onto the housing.

Available options include, but are not limited to: adding a center air fin, incorporating an F Sport logo on the passenger-side air ram
