Upgrade your factory high beam with the MK1 Motorsport High Beam Air Ram, designed specifically for the Lexus SC300, SC400, and 3rd Generation Toyota Soarer. This direct replacement converts the factory high beam opening into a functional air inlet, increasing airflow into the engine bay while maintaining an OEM-inspired appearance.
For JZ-powered vehicles, the forward-facing air ram can be connected to the turbo inlet using a high-temperature silicone brake cooling hose. The duct is routed underneath the low beam headlight, providing a direct source of cool outside air to the intake system.
An optional dual-color LED projector pod is also available. The LED assembly includes a plug-and-play harness that connects directly to the factory 9006 (HB4) high beam connector for a clean and simple installation.

Material
Each air ram is professionally 3D printed from ASA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced ASA), an engineering-grade material chosen for automotive exterior applications. Compared to standard plastics, ASA-CF offers excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, and heat resistance, while the carbon fiber reinforcement provides increased rigidity, dimensional stability, and a premium textured finish.
Installation
The air ram installs using the factory high beam bracket and mounting hardware, which must be transferred from your original headlight assembly.
The front opening features a small protruding lip that extends slightly through the bumper opening for improved airflow.
Wiring Harness Information
The optional LED projector pod uses a dual-color switchback design, allowing the white and yellow LEDs to be wired according to your preferred setup.
Wire Functions
- Red Wire: White LED Power
- Yellow Wire: Yellow LED Power
- Black Wire: Ground
Wiring harness(Default)
Our wiring configuration uses the factory high beam circuit to operate the white LED.
In this setup:
- The white LED is powered directly by the factory high beam circuit through the included plug-and-play connector.
- The yellow LED is left as a separate power lead, allowing the customer to wire it however they prefer.
To use the yellow LED, the power wire must be connected to a separate switch and relay (not included).
If you do not intend to use the yellow LED function, no additional wiring beyond the standard installation is required.
Important Notes
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipment due to high demand.
- Factory Headlight Bracket is NOT included. This product is designed to be installed into your existing factory high beam headlight.
- Installation requires modification of the factory headlight, cutting, and electrical wiring.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended.
- This product is intended for off-road use only.
- This modification is not DOT-compliant and may not be legal for use on public roads in your area.

- High-temp silicone brake ducts are not included
